COLD TEA

After performing with local Toronto bands such as Inna Powell and Hungry Lake, and as one half of the twin folk duo Shanti & Vale, Vale Abbott is exploring an experimental side of folk in her new project: Cold Tea. Her music is ethereal and draws on personal history, blending the st

orytelling of classic folk music and the dreamier perspective of more contemporary styles. Though reminiscent of Bon Iver and Feist, Cold Tea has a unique flare that stands alone.

Plugged In ft Amberlea & Tay Sera

Based in Toronto, Ontario, Tay Sera is a quirky 4-piece band straddling the line between folk-pop and jazz/blues. Taylor takes a sweet yet sultry lead on vocals, with Justin's powerful harmonies to bring both original and cover songs to life. Their passionate, energetic performances began in the summer of 2016, with an impromptu campfire gathering in Ontario's cottage country. They've since been busy writing, recording, and touring throughout Ontario and the East Coast.

A singer songwriter based out of Toronto, Amberlea started performing a year ago with RedPine and hasn't looked back. Her genre is country with a little pop, a hint of rock and a whole lot of story telling. She dreams of playing at Boots & Hearts or the Budweiser stage, but until then, you can find her playing various bars and venues across Toronto.
